Here is my description poem for the night (So really you give a poem of something then I will give you mine)

The night is black and shadowy
Stars dazzle the dark landscapes
Frost sheds over the lush grass and spectacular leaves
Silver light shows a path, up above is the silver ball of fire
The night slowly passes by
Without a trace of knowing
The darkness fades into bright orange light
The night sheds it's black fur and grows the orange and yellow.

When Darkness falls
and light fades
the shadows vanish
and the sun vanquishes
When the stars shine
And the moon glows
Our world leaves
and gives hope
to other places
as we make this new world
our own

The fire in my heart is kindled
the embers spreading through my soul
My fingers begin to tingle
as the searing of a coal begins
my eyes begin to glisten
in the earliest dawn's reflection


solar, you could write about spahgetti! I know it's random but it's what I'm having for dinner.

The tangled mass
begins to disappear
along with my hunger
that's finally satisfied
with the stringy noodles
that are coated in
red sauce

I like yours Misty! Here's mine. I am making it really really random...

Slippery strands
wish I could eat with my hands
really Mom? You had to make the noodles whole wheat?
At least it's something I can eat
Crumple the Ritz crackers
grab a fork and take a couple whackers
try to grasp the elusive snakes
resort to stabbing them
Finally I get some in my mouth
chew swallow stab repeat
This stuff is pretty neat!
