Whitereed snickered. ''Sure,'' she answered.

Blackfeather's eyes shone with pleasure. He turned on Amberheart. "Heard that?" he asked. "I'm fighting too."

"Like I care."Amberheart meowed still towering over Mistyflight.

Blackfeather lost his temper and attacked Amberheart. "Like you what?" he said.

"Kits, kits, don't fight." Silverthorn meowed, but made no movment to stop them.

Amberheart towered over Blackfeather"Clanmate don't fight?"she growled,"And don't think i'm afraid to fight you eather."

"mewling like kits" Darkstar muttered

Isn't that right."

Darkstar grolwed

I was agreeing, Darkstar, not challenging.

Darkstar nodded

"Why do I have to come here when all we do is argue?"Amberheart meowed flicking her tail threatening at Blackfeather.

Amberheart fixed Silverthorn and Darkstar in a cold questioning gaze.

Well, would you rather go to StarClan like soft fools?"

"They're weak and follish" Darkstar agreed

"How is not arguing foolish?We would get a lot more acomplished".Amberheart meowed looking at them as if they were idiots.

And you look weak. A Clan without battle isn't a Clan.

"I"m bigger then you by a lot so you're calling yourself weak!Amberheart meowed her eyes glowing.

"A clan without battle accomplishes more and has more cooperation and has more loyal warriors!"Amberheart yowled towering over Silverthorn."You never accomplished anything because you never became a leader!"Amberheart mocked,"Look at me! I'm already clan deputy!

"You never even became clan deputy!"Amberheart sneered,"What a failure!"

"How would you know?!" How do you know I wasn't deputy when I died?! I was way before your time!" Silverthorn screeched, leaping foreword and pinning Amberheart to the ground. "And back then, before that stupid warrior code, we were all true warriors! Cats had to be strong as all of LionClan to simply be an apprentice!" Silverthorn bit down hard on Amberheart's shoulder. "And I never called small cats weak!" Silverthorn hissed and Amberheart dissappeared. Silverthorn turned back to Darkstar calmly. "I kicked her out of the DF for tonight. I like that power." She meowed. DF residents could make any dream visitors dissappear.

It was over a moon and Amberheart still hadn't returned to the dark forest.

"Where are those two?" Darkstar asked "and Silverthrone I've been here longer than anyone, I was the first leader of the clans back when there were only two; Lightclan and Darkclan" Darkstar said "Most cats here are from Darkclan times"

A cat's begging for mercy split through the air then was abruptly cut off and the smell of blood filled the air.

Darkstar chuckled "Got to love that sound" he said
